"Very rude and unprofessional! I was given a free quote for fence repair which the website offers. I asked if someone could come to take a look at the project to get more of a solid quote and I received the rudest response from this company. The response was “No sorry that is the free estimate are you for real It might be best to get someone else for the job That is the best we can do for you for free No we are not interested in the job Please find someone else for a more Solid (CHEAP) Estimate” This could have been a simple email reply of that’s the only quote they are available to give. If this company’s work is anything like their customer service I would stay far away."

"Beyond disgusted with the most unprofessional attitude. Asking for a quote, he came back with a price that I simply said was way overpriced but thank you. At that point he would not stop coming back with horrendous insults. In the end I told him if he did not stop then I would be contacting law enforcement reporting him for harassment. "Wish I would have read reviews before hiring them for the job. Hired for a gutter cleaning, price seemed reasonable. Overall they were unprofessional. Asked for a quote on gutter guards and showed me a flimsy product and kept pushing me to get it done today although I said I only wanted an estimate. Then continued to push and persuade me to pay in cash. Told them I only wanted the gutters cleaned. When I paid with card they charged me sales tax and a card fee with no explanation of how much that was. It was a $40 difference from paying with cash vs card. Felt ripped off. I then looked at the bottom of my gutters after they left and some have a mess left in the bottom of them and in the yard. They left my hose and sprayer unattached after using it. When I asked for a receipt I was given a hard time and then when I received it, there was no breakdown in what my extra charge was even for. I expected more for paying $240. Would not recommend."

"After reading some other reviews, I had similar reservations up front with the estimate process and 4 hour minimum that they came back with without hearing what my projects were. Ultimately I knew my job was more than that so it was going to work out. Upon their arrival, they got right to work and even noticed more work than what I originally planned. They had an eye for work needing to be done to make my place look good and they even helped me make some decisions on some landscaping work with their own ideas. They came out a second time to continue some pretty large yard projects after the first visit went well. The work they did for me included mulching, tree and bush trimming, power washing driveway and sidewalk, and help build some landscaping areas with fill dirt and pavers. I would certainly recommend them and keep their info for next time we need a project."

"I was looking for someone to do light handyman work in our office so I asked for a quote. The quote came back reasonably priced, but the job I have did not require the 4 hr minimum quoted to me. I politely declined noting that what we needed was too small as it does not require 4 hrs and 2 people. I received this email: Affordable Handyman Service Feb 8, 2023, 7:18 PM (16 hours ago) It sounds like stuff you can do your self really That would probably be best since you can’t afford to pay someone to do it Good luck with your project This job has nothing to do with money, it has to do with all I need is to have one white board, one curtain rod, and one plaque hung. That's not a 4 hr job. Unfortunately, I can't post the review with giving a least one star but they don't deserve that."
