"I just went today to get shoes for prom. I tried on one thing and the shoes hurt rlly bad. He was trying to convince me to get them. I said no. Then I asked if he had anything cheaper and he said that they don’t sell cheap things (Clearly they do because none of the shoes were very comfortable). My mom was otp with me and didn’t want to spend 80 dollars on shoes for one night. He then got very upset and snatched the shoes away. He started talking bad about me and my mom to his coworker right in front of my face."

Went right back to get my money back the owner auger me down that my mother can wear the shoes that is too tight for her feet refuse to give me my money back so I had to purchase something that I did not want because he refuse took my is the policy I wasn’t even gone an hour he lies He deceased people please do not spend your money. "My name is Rita W. Just walked in this store to try/ purchase a pair of boots that looked sooo beautiful in the showcase. The attendant who assisted me was very polite and respectful. There were no half sizes therefore the fit was not good for me. The manager was soooo rude and disrespectful , and I have reasons to believe it's because I am black and didn't buy the shoes. He had the nerve to ask me to put on my mask only at tha t point when he wasn't even wearing one himself! At least mine was on my face. I have bought shoes, bags and coats there before and will never buy there again. This manager has no good customer service and needs to know how to speak to people. If there was an option for zero stars, that is what inwould have given him."
