"I am not certain why this company's rating isn't higher but I would rate them 5 stars all day long for communication, punctuality, work ethic, integrity, and cleanliness. I have had them in my home on 3 occasions and each time they have arrived at the time they promised, called as they were on their way, and started to work immediately as they walked through the door. They always try to go about fixing my problem with the least amount of follow up repair for me and when they are finished they don't leave me with a huge mess to clean up like some repairman. I go back to them because they are fair, honest, explain to/show me the problem and they fix it fast. That and they are very nice while doing it. You can't ask for more than that so they get 5 plus stars from me."
