"Went there last week to buy shoes and was the beneficiary of Maruto’s kind and efficient service. The collection is divisive, I loved some of their stuff and didn’t like a lot of their stuff but I always end up buying something. This time it was the pelotas x lite in grey and yellow. It’s a nice store, non intrusive, gives you the space and time to browse. The staff is great"

"I bought a pair of shoes. The right shoe had a manufacturing defect that made it uncomfortable, impossible to wear. And so I came back two days later to return them. First they told me the defect was "slight," even though it hurt my foot and was obviously different from the left shoe. I insisted and they told me they had to send them to the cobbler to see if he could fix them. For the price I'm paying, I'd expect to get a new pair of shoes without defects, not something repaired!! Awful service."

"Such a fan of Camper--I tend to regularly buy similar styles in different colors. I especially love their women's ankle boots, which I have been wearing for years. Great customer care and the sales are really something, yet even at regular prices--Camper is a great investment in aesthetics, style, comfort, and value. Have not yet tried the accessories and apparel, but the socks and sweatshirts or hoodies look comfy."

"I have been buying Campers for 10+ years. I love their shoes but am still in disbelief that their team cannot work with me to correct an issue with a purchase in November 2023. They sent me the wrong color boots. I sent them back for the correct color for exchange in December. They never sent the correct color OR gave me a refund. I just wanted the correct color and have gone back and forth with their team many times. Finally I have given up and requested a refund but the boots I want are now MORE expensive than what I purchased them for in November. I have asked the team to make this up to me as a loyal customer and they have not. The most they would offer was a 20% discount. To match what I paid they would have to give me 30% off, and that does nothing to make up for the hours I have spent going back and forth with their team for two months now. I’m still waiting on the refund. We will see if the money even comes through. I have lost all faith in this company. Case #1428683. Hit me up, Camper! It’s January 8.
