"I went yesterday Saturday around 5:15 pm. I’m not native English, though my English is good enough to maintain good level of communication. The guy at store got mad and looked desperate when I ask him if he could repeat about the prices on some boots. He was totally an ignorant, treating me so bad- rude with his gesture too. Please go to the video and check the way in your security cam how he looked at me after my questions in English. It’s a pitty. I was about to buy two pairs since exactly on the week before I was extremely well attended by a lady on the same store from Dominican Republic. I felt discriminated and left the shop arguing with this lack of education shop attendant. You miss a good client Camper"

"I have been buying Campers for 10+ years. I love their shoes but am still in disbelief that their team cannot work with me to correct an issue with a purchase in November 2023. They sent me the wrong color boots. I sent them back for the correct color for exchange in December. They never sent the correct color OR gave me a refund. I just wanted the correct color and have gone back and forth with their team many times. Finally I have given up and requested a refund but the boots I want are now MORE expensive than what I purchased them for in November. I have asked the team to make this up to me as a loyal customer and they have not. The most they would offer was a 20% discount. To match what I paid they would have to give me 30% off, and that does nothing to make up for the hours I have spent going back and forth with their team for two months now. I’m still waiting on the refund. We will see if the money even comes through. I have lost all faith in this company. Case #1428683. Hit me up, Camper! It’s January 8. The boots were purchased November 23."

"I got in the shop around 5:40pm and they close at 6:00pm. But the shop assistant she acted very unprofessionally and very unhelpful. She’s very rude. Even when I already made my decision and went for check out, she still acted very impatient. When I filled out my email address info, I heard she said the “f” word from the staff room. And I have a 10% discount but she told me that she forget to apply to it, so I kindly asked her to do a refund for me. She asked me twice to come back tomorrow, even though the store has not closed!! And for the refund, she spent over 30 minutes to complete the process. I’ve never been treated this way, and I am a polite person. This is the worst shopping experience I had. I don’t know if this matter happens because I’m Asian."
