"During the 2023 holidays I placed an order. After the order was placed, I realized that the sneakers would arrive 1-2 weeks after Christmas. Not even 5 minutes later, I tried to cancel the order, and was told that I could not due to them contacting a seller. Mind you a seller had not yet responded. I then tried for expedited shipping and was told that it wasn't possible. This is bad customer service."

"Ordered a palm Angels T-shirt, 12 January StockX has the nerve to send me a message this morning January 24 telling me that they have issued a refund there was issued with this orders from the start when the original shirt got sent to StockX it wasn’t verified. They said they would send me another shirt on the expense to wake up this morning to a email stating a refund has been issued. I would definitely not recommend StockX stairway from these guys."

"I’ve been purchasing with them for many years and recently I purchase a supreme t shirt from them and notice the print is off and the hand tag, I went to supreme store to authenticate it because once you take the sticker off they won’t help you according to their policy, supreme themselves verify the shirt and say it’s a fake, the print was off the box was off. Now I wonder what else I’ve purchase from them is fake. No longer will I trust this company, please check your items you guys receive from them!"

"They are always late on delivering. They protect their sellers not the actual customers purchasing. Support is a joke and garbage. They ahold you to their “Policies” but when they’re 2 weeks late, that doesn’t matter. They won’t cancel any orders."

"I ordered a pair of sneakers 11/14. I hadn't received any updates on the progress of the shipment. So, I sent an email asking if they could provide any information on them (because apparently having a phone number for customer service is asking too much). They offered no update, explanation, nor conversation just an email replying simply, REFUND ISSUED. I really wanted the sneakers as a Christmas gift & thought I got lucky when I got them. But the joke was on me. This company doesn't value their customers AT ALL!! I used that refund and actually got the same sneakers on GOAT & they've provided a shipping update 1 day after. Never again with StockX"
