"I needed someone to take care of a small roof leak and replace a foot of rotted trim to clear a CL-100. Unsatisfied with the quotes and poor communication from some other firms referred to me, I requested a quote from Closing Repairs Inc. Jeremy called me within an hour to explain their quoting process and was able to set up a visit for the very next morning. During the visit he explained how he would perform and invoice the work. He was also able to answer concerns about clearing the CL 100. I had their quote that afternoon and was able to book the work in under a week. The quote on the roof work alone came in $600 lower than his nearest competitor who had significantly overscoped the work as a partial replacement. The total cost for the CL-100 work was the same price of another competitor wanted just to come look and document before any labor. Needless to say Jeremy and Closing Repairs Inc. Was able to save me a substantial amount of money. On the work day, Jeremy was on time. He did the work as expected and left the work areas cleaner than he found it. He also provided a job report which documented the repairs with detailed photos that I could turn over to our buyers and satisfy the repair agreement. Payment was a snap. Our buyers lender wasn't fully satisfied with the Cl-100 clearing document, and when I communicated that over to Closing Repairs Inc they immediately responded that they would provide additional documentation for us by the end if the day. I had the updated document within a few hours and the lender is satisfied. All in all Jeremy and Closing Repairs Inc. far surpassed my expectations and I would recommend them without hesitation."
