"First time ordering hard shoes. Sizing can be tricky but the representative helped me through the exchange process. It was seamless and we absolutely plan to go with Fays on all our Irish shoe needs in the future. Thank you!! βοΈ"
"I have been shopping with Fays for years for my Irish dancing son and daughter, and have never been less than completely satisfied. I have shopped in person, online and sent him my repairs and always gotten great service and exactly what I need."
"Hate to post this, but we were very disappointed with Fays Shoes. We were sold hard shoes 2 sizes too small and they would not even consider a return or exchange, despite the fact that they indicate they do on their website. As we were purchasing them, I kept saying they seem too small but he said they were fine, they just need to be broken in and we foolishly relied on his "experienced" opinion. Turns out, that was not the case, they were too small, which her teacher told us. We were out $150 and had to buy new shoes (which we did, and not from Fays)."
"Rare to find handmade hard shoes. Pat Is a pleasure to see and purchase from."
"The owner is fantastic and the service has a hometown feel. Check out their website for their Irish dancing shoes."
