Tom installed a bump out on our living room wall to cover up replacement A/C pipes that had to be installed in the interior of our home. I was a complete mess when I was told unexpectedly that we would have to have pipes installed in the middle of our living room, but all that stress dissipated once Tom started working to cover up the pipes. He had much knowledge in how to build the bump out and took great care of our home during the process by covering up our furniture, floors, counters, etc. Tom had excellent communication with us and was always at our home when he said he would be.
