"The damage to my car was fixed beautifully, however, the repairs took almost a full week longer than the original estimate. It also cost significantly more than another estimate that I had received on the damage from another auto body shop. My issue was mainly that when the repair was extended (the second time, as the repair time was extended twice), I had to call and find out if the car was ready. They did not reach out to me to inform me of that. Beyond that, it was a job well done, and the staff were friendly."

"Less than one star! I am sorry I did not consult this page before I left my car there. They are rude, unprofessional and liars. I was even threatened by the 2 owners. Cash only for my deductible - at the last minute or they would not release my car. Told me delays were BMW's fault. No parts came from BMW! They flood you with emails that your work is on schedule - it's not! Geico also worked horribly from this location. They do not check in to see what is happening. Skuffy is definitely helping Enterprise - told me they would help lessen my rental bill! They are crooks! Go elsewhere!"
