"I rarely give reviews, handful and triggered only when very good or very bad! This is a very bad review. Poor work. Closest place for me therefore I gave them a second try after I brought my heals, was told they can fix the scrap on the heal and paint. The paint visibly different and poorly glued with ripples. No craft to attempt to make it look remotely good. Then brought my uggs to clean, I picked them up and they appeared as if I never dropped them off. I’ve cleaned my uggs every 2 years and at various places, I shocked they even had the nerves to charge me. No apology, nothing. They need to put more care into cleaning and repairing."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. I went in to have a pair of shoes resoled and when I picked them up they had been DYED A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR. The guy told me I should have told him not to do that. WHAT?!! The entire experience was infuriating and my favorite shoes are completely ruined. Do not go here."
