"Even after some time has passed, I still deeply regret choosing this place as I see everyday the negative changes I've experienced to my face that still have not left and remember the countless traumas and thousands of dollars I will never get back. I didn't want to leave a bad review when I first left her practice despite how heartbroken I was, because I was too much of a people-pleaser. But today I just felt it in my heart, thinking about how deeply angry and sad I still felt, that I should leave one review in hopes this may help at least one person. Dr. Park is extremely careless, condescending, and neglectful. Please don't believe all these positive reviews as many of them are from young patients' parents who have no idea what is actually going on with the patients. She will do the absolute bare minimum and sometimes even less, and barely ever check your progress pictures, yet at the same time deny this and gaslight you into thinking you are in the wrong for questioning her. Her never checking my progress pictures, barely even seeing me to see my progress in person, and seemingly placing zero effort into my treatment that I had saved up years to pay for, was truly infuriating. If you are an adult looking to get braces, I just want to especially warn you that Dr. Park is not a good adult orthodontist. Dr. Park is very busy with many children as her patients, and she will never make the time to truly give you the individualized attention that orthodontics requires. I had to learn this the hard way. She neglected my treatment and refused to ever acknowledge her countless mistakes and wrongdoings, ultimately just gaslighting me into thinking what she was doing is normal and charging me way beyond what we ever initially agreed to, and worst of all, leaving me with long-lasting side effects that I had no idea that orthodontics could even cause. I learned the hard way that orthodontics can be very invasive if you go with the wrong doctor. I never want to write negatively about a small business unless it is absolutely necessary. At the end of the day, it is up to you to choose this place or not, but I really just felt that I needed to leave at least one honest review here. I will never get to reverse those years of pain, long-lasting side effects, and money that she essentially stole from us, but maybe I can help at least one person choose differently. Orthodontics is very expensive and a long investment, so please carefully choose who you go with and do more research."

"Dr.Park is very experienced and has full of knowledge. My 14 year old son started invisalign without any extraction, and his teeth are getting straight and beautiful within only 6 months. Every dentist told me that he should extract few teeth, but he doesn’t need to pull any of teeth in NY Braces. I am so happy for the progress so far!! I strongly recommend Dr.Park to everyone."

"I never thought we would have a dental emergency. My 11-year-old boy snapped his dental space maintainer after a hockey game. He couldn't close his mouse, worrying the wire would pierce his tongue. Before heading to the nearby ER, I tried Dr. Park's number with a slim hope that someone might be available. After all, it was past 9 pm. Surprisingly, Dr. Park picked up the call immediately and arranged a quick visit to her clinic. I never felt such a relief when I saw her warm smile. She quickly removed the broken space maintainer, and we left her clinic at around 10 pm. I always knew I can trust Dr. Park, with her professional knowledge, expertise, and skills. But last night’s experience added another layer of trust to her. It is a mother’s trust in another mother. I know we made the right decision in choosing Dr. Park."

I especially loved how Dr. Park really took her time to explain my son's conditions with me as well as the treatment options.
