"My brother got the worst hair cut of his life from here, I cant tell if this is hilarious or sad, who ever cut his hair needs more training, hes 100 % getting a refund for this and i don't recommend anyone come here."

"Brittany is an amazing hairstylist, she’s well educated and experienced in her craft. She’s done my son’s hair for 9 years, and my daughters for 3 years; and she does a beautiful job. She provides a sensory accommodating and inclusive experience for my ADHD/Autistic kids. My kids don’t have the same panic as they would if we went to another stylist. She’s the only hairstylist that my son will let use the clippers on him. Overall if you have neurodivergent kids Brittany is the hairstylist to see, because she understands, and goes above and beyond to meet their needs as well as giving them a great haircut. 10/10 Highest of recommendations."

"the Cheektowaga location is extremely unprofessional and they all love drama and making up lies about you. & Melissa at the Sheridan location is the biggest drama starter of all. The manager doesn’t care about anything but herself and doesn’t know how to perform professionally at all. If you want to act like you’re in high school then this is the place to be. There is Constant disrespect and disregard for others, the place is filthy and nobody wants to clean. You sit there for 10-12 hours waiting for walk ins only to make $100 if you’re lucky. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Terrible experience!"
