"I don't usually write reviews but my experience with Finish Line Collision in Valley Stream NY was so terrible that I don't anyone else to get taken for a ride Like I did, I was referred to Cesar the owner by a friend who said they did great work.I'll be the first to tell you that I am extremely particular when it comes to my vehicles. I don't mind paying premium prices but I absolutely expect premium work. That being said I took my custom conversion van for a full paint job and some minor equipment upgrades. I met with theowner Cesar directly, we discussed exactly what I wanted done and we agreed on a price of 12K plus parts and a time frame of 1 month to get the work completed.He kept my van for 6 months! This is not even the worst of it, after my exceptionally long and unacceptable wait for the work to be completed the day finally arrived for me to go pick it up. Cesar called me and said come pick it up it's all done and ready for you to pick up, After having the van for 5 extra months you would think everything would be perfect. Well it WASN'T!!! There were over sprays on some parts of the van, the bottom of the rear door had missing paint on the bottom showing raw metal because when they removed the painter's tape it took the paint off, proof that the paint had not been applied properly or it wouldn't have come off. On top of that I found 2 dents on the hood and one at the top of the passenger side door that were definitely not there when I dropped it off. I pointed all of these flaws out to Cesar and his workers, He acknowledged everything that was wrong with the van and I left the van again so that everything could be corrected. A week later he calls me back to come get the van that everything had been corrected but when I get there the dent on the door was still there and there was still significant over spray in certain areas that I had pointed out previously. instead of he would fix it he kept rolling his eyes at me every time I pointed something out, Finally he said 'We did the best we could, GOOD BYE!  The real kicker is that on top of all the flaws he informed that the final price was $15,500.00 CASH! Finally in disgust I just left. No hard feelings Cesar. What I would do is give your workers a vision test before hiring them because they obviously can't see."

"This is the place that sets the bar on customer service and expert work period. They have worked on two of my cars and have done a flawless job on both. The one aspect I respect and admire about this shop is that they are easy to talk to and helpful in recommending different options in the repair. Their sincerity is something I highly value and know they will do what they say they are going to do. Yes I have that much confidence in this shop. Here’s why, Cesare the owner is exceptionally caring about the quality of work done there and provides exceptional customer service, this translates down to all of his staff who are very good at what they do and value every customer even though there are so many jobs taking place at once. They have their act together and it runs like a well oiled machine. Let’s put it this way I’ll tip them before I even see the result because I know it’s going to meet or go beyond my expectations. Yes it’s worth for me taking my cars there even though I live over an hour away and pass over a hundred or so body shops on the way. It’s the only place I want to deal with. There’s a reason this place is exponentially successful. If I could give it six stars I would."
