"My experience here was not a good one! Went in to get my car fixed, got a quote that I thought was too high and when I asked for a receipt that detailed the parts and price of the parts plus labor, the owner told me I can look it up easily on the web (I had already looked at prices on the web and it didn’t add up at all, the price was inflated by $400, and yes, I did also calculate the price of labor into my math). As an experienced manager myself, this is not ok. Felt like I was taken advantage of, and will not be going here again. The crew did a good job, and the car came out looking good, only other thing is that the car wasn’t ready in the time span they say it would be, and they broke an internal part of the headlight and didn’t tell me about it. I only found this out after doing an oil change and inspection at my local dealership. Communication skills, and fair business practices need to be improved at this shop."
