"The owner mark is a conman I went to do may rear bumper and trim he just did the trim and change 1500 and tell me he had was to remove the rear bumper to do that which was a big lie wouldn’t recommend no one to is shop no more"
"I normally don't do reviews for businesses but in this case i had to make an exception. I want to give a huge thanks to McKay's Auto Repairs for the excellent customer service and body work they provided to me on my car after i had my accident on 12/24/18. Not only did one of the owners come with me to make sure where my car was towed to after the accident was ok. They helped me take care of the paper work and notified me as soon as my car was dropped off to their shop. The work they did on my car was amazing and nearly brought me to tears after seeing what they did after the car was brought in with significant damages to both of my doors. I can't speak for anyone else but they are very skilled at what they do. I wish i could upload a pic of the before and after because my words alone won't do it justice, the work they did and how thorough they were. So thank u again so much for all you help"
"I was referred to this shop by a friend. It's a small business and I wanted to support. I went to them after a car accident, for front passenger side damage. The body work they did was pretty good, they matched the paint and you saw no evidence of the damage I had. Unfortunately, more work was needed because they did not do their own initial assessment. They based their work strictly on what the insurance adjuster said needed to be fix. Initially, I didn't realize that I received left front damage also. The obvious damage was to the right side, and so I ended up paying for additional damage out of pocket as a result. If they had did their own initial assessment they would have known that things shifted, obtained damage and it would've been added to the claim. To note they accept insurance claim checks or cash. They do NOT have any other method of payment (credit/electronic payments). They do not give itemized lists of parts or of the work they do. They do not provide receipts or records of any kind to the customer. Due to their operational procedures, I ended up paying more then I should have. Partly, on my ignorance on car mechanics and on insurance claims processes."
