"First experience here was good. I was hit from behind, which dented my back door of a Dodge Caravan. Chris handled it all, working out all the payments directly with the other driver. Door looks great and the entire process was smooth. However, the back windshield wiper never really worked correctly (it only wipes part of the window and I need to replace). Second experience was awful. My mechanic told me that I had rust underneath the car and it needed to be addressed. I told the issue to someone who works with Chris, and she told me to come in at 9am the next day. I did, waited 20 minutes for Chris to show up, and then had him tell me that the work wasn't worth his time. If you have an insurance issue from a collision, I would go to him; anything else, I wouldn't waste your time."
