"Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Anson at TNS Auto Collision following a damaged fender on my vehicle. Anson's service was exemplary; he was not only excellent in his repair work but also incredibly courteous throughout the process. The car was returned to me in immaculate condition, thoroughly cleaned and in great shape. Additionally, Anson facilitated a seamless rental arrangement with Enterprise directly from their location, which was immensely helpful. He didn’t stop there; a full electronics inspection was conducted to ensure everything was in perfect order. My experience with TNS Auto Collision, thanks to Anson, was nothing short of exceptional. "Editing this again in response to the lies posted by TNS Auto. I was told by Frank that the part which can be seen in the photo dragging on the floor was loosened in order to install the new catalytic converter. When I had to return to have this fixed he confirmed that the the bolts which had been holding it securely in place before the repair were not secured after the repair. Editing this to add that I will be missing church this weekend for the second time because of their incompetence. I still don't know why they removed the rubber from my windshield wipers, they said they would order the parts for me but I never heard back. I finally had time today to look into buying replacements, if I order them they won't be here until Monday but they're twice as expensive in the store and it will be raining Sunday so missing church again. They created multiple safety hazards in my car which I discovered while driving, forcing me to cancel my plans on Sunday and have to drive back and wait around for the repairs to be made today, and then gave me absolutely nothing is compensation. I brought my car here after the catalytic converter was stolen because it’s a preferred repair shop with my insurance. When I picked up my car Saturday I was pleased and wrote five star review while waiting for the payment to clear. Then on Sunday I was happily driving to church services in CT since I finally had my car back and heard a scraping sound. Fortunately I wasn’t on the BQE yet, though I had been on the Prospect and thankfully nothing happened there, so I pulled over to a gas station and I had to get down on the filthy ground in my good clothes and new coat which now needs to be cleaned to see that there was a piece of metal drooping from the middle of the car. I don’t know as much as I wish about cars but I do know it’s not safe to get on I95 and drive 65 mph with a loose piece of metal flopping on the bottom of my car so I was forced to cancel my plans, including errands that I needed to run with my car, turn on my hazards and slowly drive back home. I texted the shop a photo and was told the skid plate had come loose and somehow they already knew that it was because the screws attaching it were rusted, so it seems like this is something they observed while working on my car. I was told that the mechanic had not secured it back in place after moving it to replace the catalytic converter. I was told to come back whenever is convenient. There’s really no convenient time to take an hour out of the day to drive over and sit in the garage while mechanics fix some thing that should have been attended to before I left the shop on Saturday, but when I got in touch to let them know I was coming over I found out that the mechanic was about to take their lunch hour so I had to rearrange my afternoon. And while driving over today, I realized that my windshield wipers were not working properly, visibility was very poor in the the rain, so much so that I stopped using them because it was easier to see without the mess they were making. I hadn’t thought to check my windshield wipers after my catalytic converter was stolen but once I arrived I looked and the rubber, which admittedly had been coming loose when I left the car, had been removed but not replaced. I mentioned this second serious safety issue that they had created to them, as well as the fact that I had to cancel my plans on Sunday, my clothes were made filthy when I had to almost lie down in a gas station, and I was significantly inconvenienced by having to make a return trip and was offered as compensation ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, not even apology although an apology alone really would not have been adequate after all of my wasted time. Now I’m concerned that the rest of the repair wasn’t done properly if the mechanic couldn’t be bothered to take a moment to confirm that screws that they had already noticed were rusted were adequately secure. Thankfully it didn’t come off entirely and I figured it out before I was on the highway or too far away from home to feel safe driving back."

"Very prompt. Got repairs finished within the time frame they told me. I didn't have to check in with them at all. Was able to drop off the rental car with them as well to make it a one stop shop type of deal! Very convenient. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Loved the office waiting area as well. Very hospitable. Car was fixed perfectly looked brand new."
