"My partner and I have had to attend this particular service about a half dozen times in the last year for one thing or another. We have found them diligent dutiful enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable capable and professional. Yes, sometimes it's a bit of a wait. That is the reality unfortunately of healthcare in North America. For me, I have found it a reasonable wait for an excellent service."

"Second time with troubles for no reason at a Strong urgent care. First time put my wife at risk of death by dismissing her symptoms, smirked and mocked her. She had severe case of dengue. Terrible medical gaslighting. Those two quacks should be disbarred. This time 6-year-old grandson diagnosed with Strep. Parents leaving for vacation next day. Had him in soon after 9 and prescription by 10:30. Doctor ignored my input on liquid and prescribed chew tabs after asking the 6 year old. Pharmacy didn't have chewables and sent request for change to doctor. After 2 1/2 hrs, no response from doctor. Called and was told doctor would be asked to respond right away. 1 hour 15 later, still no change. Drove to urgent care and asked in person, office admin went back and had doctor respond then. Took less than 1 minute. Then waited for pharmacy. Five hours after initial prescription pick-up, my grandson finally had his medication. Only time for one dose left in day when should have been two. Spent hours calling and driving to get the "doctor" to do her darned job. Made a child wait and delayed healing because can't get her act together. Unbelievable."
