"Amazing, honest dentist and kind staff. I’m extremely anxious when getting any dental work done but everyone here makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Pandrea fixed my chipped molar with a filling that a different dentist tried to convince me needed to be pulled or have an unnecessary root canal on. Dr. Pandrea saved me from nearly losing a healthy tooth and wasting thousands of dollars. He’s very skilled and explains everything really well. I really trust him and can’t thank him enough, I’m so glad I ended up in his office. If I ever move out of the neighborhood I’ll go out of my way to keep seeing him for any of my dental procedures."

"I’m very confused as to which staff people are referring to when said they are pleasant. I had an appointment today at this office. I arrived 8 mins late due to unforeseen circumstances. The rude old hag receptionist in front gave me a dirty look when I walked in. I apologized for my tardiness, the receptionist sucked her teeth and looked at me as if I was crazy for arriving a little bit late. Aren’t there grace periods for doctors offices before denying a service? Disgusting! I was denied dental service because they have a 2pm lunch and the assistant had already went on lunch. The dentist even stepped in and said by the time i get paperwork done it’ll be past their lunch time but my appointment was for 1:30pm? Why book a 1:30pm dental appointment if lunch is at 2pm and if there is so much paperwork that needs to be filled out why not book the appt at an earlier time for check ins. This makes no sense! The dentist decided to speak out and say “maam don’t tell me how to run my business” when I was only questioning my concerns. This is not how you run a business and I will be contacting my insurance to report this office for denying me service. Horrible Experience, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I do not recommend !"

"Dr. Mark and his staff is wonderful. I used to live in Queens was looking for a new dentist as I’m disabled and with my health insurance I have to go to someone in their plan ( he takes many, many plans). Couldn’t find the right one. Called my insurance company they said they cannot recommend one dentist over another, but I can tell you who has fewer complaints with us. They said Dr. Pandrea in Glendale has none. So their I was in his office. I made him pull a tooth that he said he can save with root canal, I was in bad state and said no pull it against his wishes. I wish I listened, since then I needed 13 root canals I had no back teeth so was eating with my front for over 10 years, they looked like little chicklets gum. I wanted false teeth top and bottom. He suggested root canals to save my teeth, always had bad experiences with dentist before, hence no back teeth. I sat and listened he explained everything in detail. I went with root canals, I hate the pain, this man is painless. He is wonderful, he is like family to me now, we exchange phone calls, and wish each other well on Holidays. I moved to Suffolk and when I have an issue, still have 3 teeth of my own ( filling) I get a family member or if I can drive myself from Suffolk to Queens to see him, he is worth the trip, please give him a try he will not disappoint."
