"Horrible office staff! They are rude and extremely insensitive! Definitely do not need to work for a Psychiatrist with their attitudes and demeanor! I was an established patient with an appointment,(because my mother had just passed away) when I checked in, I see the receptionist go into Dr. Chen's office and, I hear Dr. Chen telling her that she dismissed me because I did not have any mental health issues, I could get my refills from my PCP and she didn't have time to see me! She pretty much refused to see me. Good thing I wasn't suicidal that day!!!!"

"I am basing this on just one visit, but I found Dr. Chen and her staff to be very warm, friendly, and professional. I went to the same doctor for over 13 years. He had to close his practice due to illness and it has been very hard switching to a new doctor. I tried a large practice in Charlotte and found them to be rude, and unable to speak with a human. When I needed the doctor's advice it was 3-4 business days before I heard from them. Then the Doctor I was seeing decided to leave and they wanted to push me over to a PA. Thankfully, I found Dr. Chen. She is approachable and she practices medicine the way all doctors should.
