"Very satisfied with my experience at this salon. The ladies that work here were very friendly. They didn't strike up any conversation with me, they talked among themselves, but it didn't bother me. As long as they worked quickly and did a wonderful job on my braids, and the price was reasonable, I was very happy and will definitely return !"

"Do not come to this braid shop/salon. The women who work here treat PAYING customers like thieves. I called 4 days in advance and was quoted over the phone and via text $180. After 8+ hours of sitting in the salon, the charge was $250. I said $250 was no problem, I would just need to grab the additional money from my car, because I was told $180 over text and I only brought in what I was told. I was literally stopped and denied to leave the shop, even though my car was parked directly in front of the shop. The women argued about leaving my over $1,000 laptop in the salon for them to allow me to take 5 steps out of the front door of the shop to get an additional $70 out of my car. After I repeatedly refused and stated I would not leave my laptop, they then demanded that I leave my ID or they would call the police. Again, the cash in my car was 5 steps out of the salon’s front door. Terrible treatment after sitting in the shop all day. Will never return."
