"Had a root canal (my first one ever). The office staff was very knowledgeable and communicated well with me regarding my insurance and what my payment responsibility would be. When I arrived, I was taken back immediately. The doctor and assistant answered all my questions. When the treatment began, I was informed what was happening every step along the way. Other than the needles for numbing, there was no pain at all. This entire practice is very professional, patient and caring. I am now three days post procedure and other than mildly sore gums (I'm assuming from the injections), I have no.pain.
