"Don't understand why they require an appointment for vaccines when the staff makes zero effort to keep to the schedule and is not even slightly apologetic about it. I arrived ten minutes early for an appointment and finally gave up and walked out an hour after my scheduled appointment time. I don't make a habit of leaving bad reviews or blaming staff for staffing issues, but when you can't even say you're sorry that someone has had to wait it does become an issue for me. The store is also filthy and poorly stocked, so it's not just a pharmacy issue. Do yourself a favor and just go to the CVS in the target two minutes away."
