"If there was an option for zero stars, I would have put that. You can never get anyone on the phone. Appointments for cleanings take forever to get (you need to book like 6 months in advance). The staff responds to text messge, like they are texting their child, highly unprofessional. It seems that certain groups of people are treated better than others. Although the dentists care, the front desk makes it such an uncomfortable atmosphere."

"I finally found a good dental office and dentist. The whole process from making an appointment and completing the online paperwork, etc. is so easy. The staff is pleasant and efficient. Wait time is minimal. Normally I'm in and out. Dr. Blumenthal is the best dentist, he has excellent hand skills and I rarely feel any pain when he's working on my teeth. If you can get an appointment, I highly recommend this dental office, as good dentists are so hard to find nowadays."
