"Buyer Beware .APA AESTHETICS charges a fortune , gives great customer service( til they get your $$$) . does a rush job and does NOT stand behind work . The Dr told me the lower veneers he put in two years ago would have to be changed as they have totally messed up my bite . ( what bite? ) . Now he literally ghosted me , won’t take my calls , will not reply to emails and has instructed his office not to give me an appt as clearly he does not want to stand behind his work or refund me so I that can go elsewhere. . I guess golf games in Palm Beach take priority over standing behind very expensive work. 100% unethical unprofessional SHAME ON YOU -Buyer beware"

"I am happy with my veneers performed by Dr. Apa & Murilo , along with my previous cleanings. However, I am not local to NYC & arrange a flight every time I come see Apa Aesthetic @ either NYC or LA location. I have only seen Dr. Apa once during a “cleaning” appointment in over 2 years since getting my veneers. I expressed concern at my recent cleaning October 2023, regarding lower right sensitivity. The hygienist said “Dr. Apa has a full schedule so you won’t get to see him” and said the sensitivity is due to gum recession. While some gum recession may be attributed to the sensitivity, that is not to say there still may or may not be a cavity or an abnormality within the tooth. The practice leaves the evaluation of x-rays up to dental hygienists, and being a provider myself this poses great liability. I now have to transfer recent x-rays and find a different dentist to be properly evaluated and possibly treated for the tooth."

"Great experience. Went to the Dubai clinic for a smile makeover with Dr Apa around october 2022. They took good care of me from start to finish and the process was very smooth and very clear overall. They kept my smile the same but made it better, giving it this natural look i was looking for. One year later I'm still very happy with the result. They have a great team here in dubai with Dr Tarek whom I highly recommend. Yes they are expensive but when it comes to health you should aim for the best."

"Super unprofessional regarding timing. I asked before making the second appointment how long it would take. It was supposed to take an hour, but it took two so I missed my first law school class. Also, when I initially made the first appointment for the replacement I asked if they would fix the broken tooth during that appointment I was scheduling. The woman in the phone said yes. This was not the case as they put in temporaries for two weeks before the permanent ones which I needed a following appointment for. I didn’t know that. That’s why I asked. I was not available the following weeks due to starting law school, so instead I had to miss a class. They should have explained the process when I explicitly asked. Overall, for the price you pay, there should be more transparency and professionalism at this practice."

"Dr Nicolas was so personable and sweet. He was extremely thorough and took his time with the process of veneers. He made sure I knew that I don’t have to be worried about them shaving down my teeth. The prep was so minimal that they barely shaved them down at all. I had temps on to test out the shape and I actually didn’t mind going in public without the temps and the freshly prepped teeth because he did such a great job, it was hard to even notice that something was different. He restored my two front teeth to their original unchipped state without the white marks they had. They were done so naturally beautiful it is truly hard to tell a difference and to even tell that they are not real. Everyone was so nice at the office and he even gave me a tour. Apa is a beautiful space, they offer you water, coffee, wine, blankets, laughing gas, you can even listen to music or watch Netflix during your appointments. Dr Nick is so talented and intelligent, he made sure everything was absolutely perfect and that the end result met both of our high standards."
