"I was there on Sunday 09/29/19. I was making a purchase for a sale jacket and when I got to the register I attempted to pay with my debit card. The card didn't work the first time so the clerk said '' it doesn't work''. I responded with ''it usually takes a few times since it's a Canadian card.'' He didn't want to try it again when I asked. ''It works everywhere else.'' He responded '' We don't have machines like everywhere else.'' So, your store is different than every other store??! I told him ''fine, I'll go to the atm nearby and I'll probably come back.'' I went to the atm which was closer than expected and I paid the fee.. took out cash and came back to pay for the jacket. I wasn't gone for 5 minutes and the jacket was already back on the floor! Like, you couldn't hold it for 5-10 minutes at least?! Not impressed."

"I was choosing a pair of black on black Nike sneakers and I asked the sales associate how much the sneakers were due to the fact and he said $70 he quoted $70 to me three times not only were they $70 they were buy one get one half off when I got to the register the lady looked at me and told me they were $90 a pair. I told her that the man quoted me $70. She said "too bad"."

"This store has a great selection on shoes, however, the employees absolutely SUCK. They have by far the WORST customer service skills i have ever seen in my life. And this has been for years now. The employees act like your a bother when you ask for help. They barely speak to you or respond when asking a question . You are never greeted. They sit around on their phones with their hoods up looking like they come to work to hang out or something ! Who hires these people! It would be great to walk in a store and receive some help! Especially a shoe store with so much inventory . I would suggest to management that they better train their employees or hire better ones!"
