"He did a lousy job cleaning my teeth with water splashing all over my face. I asked him to fill the hole on the upper left tooth first, he wanted to do the extraction on the lower right tooth. After pulling my lower right tooth, he didn’t fill the upper left tooth that had a hole. I couldn’t eat properly for a week before finding another dentist. I asked him to send in the required procedure code and reason for valplast denture approval that he recommended. he refused to do it and said he is going to cancel my next appointment, and told me not to call again. He was very rude. The office was not clean. Don’t go there!"

"Pleasant and caring dentist. Because of his demeanor I went back to the dentist after some years of honestly avoiding one. Now I have been back for over 4 years and am 100% happy I did so. He listens and his very personable. He does not guilt you like some dentists do when you have issues with your teeth, saying it is your fault, etc. He works with you for oral care and makes recommendations. Not out to rip you off or overcharge you for services."

"I was in severe pain due to a nerve issue on one of my tooth. The tooth was basically decayed all the way and I needed a root canal and a crown for to fix it! Dr. Jacob was very professional and gave me the confidence to trust him to perform the root canal and crown. Literally the best experience I had with a Dentist! "Dr.Orbach is by far the best dentist I have ever been to.I have always had a fear of dentists which is why I had such bad teeth. I needed numerous extractions in order to get my full dentures and have been putting it off for way too long.He is so gentle and explains everything he is doing. I've always been put under anesthesia for extractions in the past because of my anxiety but he did it himself without having to put me to sleep and it was practically painless. I go tomorrow to pick up my new set of teeth and am so excited to be able to smile again after so many years. Thank you so much Dr. Orbach for all your kind encouragement and great work !!!
