"Very slow at pharmacy drive through waited 50 minutes to pick up a prescription. Had to wait 10 minutes at the window watching people work before we were even acknowledged. Harris teeter hands down better. Avoid this pharmacy"

"Great pharmacy! Caleb and the techs always work their hardest, even though Walgreens decided to drop 100+ shots on them with no extra help for the flu season. They’re always slammed but care for their patients!"

"The staff at this pharmacy does not seem to respect their customers’ time. I’ve waited to write this review to give it a few chances but consistently, I’ve seen the staff leave the drive thru and the front desk to go to the back to do something and talk to each other. There is also an older woman with short hair who seems to go almost intentionally slowly when processing transactions. Also, there are two lines for the drive thru but they often have the 2nd line closed. It will usually take about 20-30 minutes to pick up your prescription when it’s ready just due to how slow/understaffed they seem to always be. Here’s a photo from 1:50pm on a Wednesday. The 2nd window has a cone so we can only form a single line. I am going to switch pharmacies after this."

"Absolutely horrible! I called the pharmacy department to speak to someone about a prescription. No one ever answered the phone. I was put on hold and looped around for 20 minutes before the call was dropped. I called back still no one answered the phone. Horrible! A waste of time. I’ll stick to CVS. I wish I could take the 1 star away. It’s a negative star for me."
