"I am changing my review after getting the wrong tooth filled twice here. I would still would say they have great people, but be sure you know and are SUPER CLEAR about what you need done. They did fix the issues I was having with the filling they gave me popping out with no extra charge, but I did get two fillings I did not ask for. (Im not a fan fillings till absolutely necessary so it was a bummer)"

"Medically I am very pleased with this practice. However, when I was checking out, they wanted to charge me $12 for these little rubber bands I was given. Don’t you think that in the $3000 plus charge for my treatment that these $12 would be included? I couldn’t believe it, it left me rattled."

"Be aware!!!!!!! Had no issues with the dentist that did my work. But they’re dishonest on what your insurance would cover. They do not take any dental insurance, which I knew. But they are dishonest on what my insurance would cover a treatment or not. I caught their insurance person in a lie about what my insurance would cover. They act like they didn’t know anything about insurance but that is false. Also they try to pressure you into doing more work than you actually need. I have been trying to contact there insurance personal, but every time I call she’s to busy. I been waiting for a call back for about three months now. My insurance needs my X-rays to finish my claim so I get a reimbursement for them."

"Last night was my consultation appointment. I was impressed enough to book my cleaning and the first of my mercury removal appointments. I felt like they (Dr Dreher and his team) cared about me. A year ago I had a hip replacement and they wanted to be sure about the pre-med protocol so they are taking it upon themselves to contact my surgeon's office. Additionally, they are contacting my dentist for the last set of x-rays; I don't need to take the time out of my day to get that information to them. No work has been done yet, but, as I mentioned, I felt comfortable enough with the Doctor and his team to take the next step."
