"This is a high volume store and it could really benefit from installing self checkout and the lines are very long compared to other stores in Fayetteville. This store also always has many broken gas pumps that are never repaired. Employees are amazing and do their best though."

"Very disappointed with the service at this location. Because I work in the area I visit this location often to get lunch (sausage and drink). When I arrived today there were flies and nats in the condiments (onions, coleslaw and etc.). When I brought this to the employees attention she got a attitude removed the items and never replaced it with new ones. I feel the customer service and quality of service is very poor at this location and I rather drive down the street to a different gas station then to go back to this location. Disappointed and disgusted"

"Just went in there to buy cigarettes and dip for my husband. I asked for ALL of the .50 off dip all of it. The cashier said ugh and I asked him if there was a problem. He had a rude attitude. Horrible customer service. I was willing to buy every single one of them. Was willing to spend $150. I still spent $35 but will absolutely not spend anymore money in that store. That's so sad because that's the closest store to my house. I'm a paying customer like anyone else. If I could have given them no stars I would. If this is Franchise does anyone know how to get the number to reach them? If this is corporate can anyone tell me how to reach them ?"
