"Very bad service with the girls who answer customer calls. They are not available to help solve any problem, very bad attitude to give attention. I tried to resolve or file an application for a denial from the insurance and with a very bad attitude they replied that they don't do that, even telling them that the insurance was asking me for the doctor to appeal the case. I asked him to speak to the doctor to explain what happened and he told me that the doctor was not answering because he was very busy. I told him that he recommended that I go to another dentist and he said yes I preferred it. The truth is, I don't plan to return and I ask those in charge of the business to review the staff they hire because they are going to lose clients."

"THE WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED! I was told I would have to pay $900 out of pocket IF my insurance did not cover a service I needed. They ended up approving everything but, when I went in for my consultation, I was told by the office manager that I would still have to pay $900 to cover 2 procedures. I called my insurance company to clarify and was specifically told that THIS DENTIST OFFICE IS ADDING UNNECESSARY CHARGES TO MY SERVICE. I immediately terminated my requests and found another dentist's office. The office manager is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL (provided picture below). She has the worst attitude and clearly needs to be trained in how to speak to clients. The waiting time in this office is ridiculous and nobody gives you a heads-up if your appointment is being pushed back HOURS. I was also told every time I come to this office, I should expect to wait 1-2 hours before getting called on even if I have an appointment which defeats the whole purpose of making one in the first place. I have since then found a new dentist's office which does not add unnecessary charges. AVOID THIS OFFICE!!"

"THE WORST DENTAL CLINIC. GAVE THEM A BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT SO MANY TIMES BUT CAN STATE THE OBVIOUS THAT THIS CLINIC DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. ONCE I DID AN X-RAY AND THE EMPLOYEE DID NOT GIVE ME A AN X-RAY COVER/PROTECTION. I EVEN HAVE TO GUIDE AND TELL HER WHAT TO DO. EXTREMELY NOT SAFE ESP ON PREGNANT WOMEN. THEN THE DENTIST DRILLED ON THE WRONG TOOTH!!!!!! JESUS CHRIST!!!!! WRONG FREAKING TOOTH!!!! YESTERDAY, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I CAN’T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE HELL SHE WAS SAYING. IMAGINE, A SIMPLE TASK OF MARKETING IS STILL SOOOOOO WRONG! SMH TODAY, I ASKED AN EMPLOYEE TO CALL THEM BACK AND THEY ASKED HIM TO WAIT 5 MINS, AND HE WAITED BUT THEY FREAKING DROPPED THE CALL ON HIM WITHOUT SAYING A THING! THESE CLINIC IS NOT SAFE!!!"

"very bad service, they did a dental reconstruction, but it left me with a sensitivity that I didn't have before, and after a month and a half or so, the reconstruction work fell off on a Friday afternoon, I called the next day for an appointment, because it is an emergency but they tell me that they can't do it and that they only do it from Monday to Friday, it is something outrageous because I have intense pain and I have to wait until Monday. To help me, definitely bad service."
