"On multiple occasions, sketchy people inside making a fuss about something and people asking me for money. Not necessarily the establishment's fault, but I'm just trying to get gas and a coffee. Drink stations are nasty, supplies are all over the place, have observed employees handling food without gloves. Recently (the past week or so), it has smelled absolutely AWFUL inside, like a toilet has overflowed or something. I won't be back and suggest the same for others."
"Went into this store to order a $16 meal, and got the sandwich back as hard as a rock. I waited on this sandwich too long, and was running out of time on my lunch break, and just wanted a refund. The store manager came out, and made a big deal out of it, like I was trying to cause a scene. She told me to step to the end of the line. I was mortified, and embarrassed by all of this. I walked out without my food, or refund, because I couldn’t be late for work. I’ll never frequent another Sheetz for anything ever again. If that is what you call a manager, I’m done with it. And, you owe me $16."
"Always out of size L cup lids. Gas here is around 30¢ per gallon more expensive than other stations 7 minutes away."
"Ordered online - which is NOT user friendly. When I placed the ordered the time for pick up jumped back, showing that the food would be ready in 5m. When I called the store “Tay” who said she was a manager was CLUELESS to the online ordering process. She lied to me, and hung up on me. If this is the caliber of person that they hire then their manager hiring process should be revised. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT on this night!!"
"The very best in customer service and sweet coffee drinks! Stopped in today for a Carmel macchiato & the lady was so nice and offered to customize it perfectly! Thank you whomever you are! Delicious and great hospitality!"
