She rudely says it’s going to cost her more. Olga does a very poor job hoping for quick money without proving good service. I would avoid at all cost. "Yes, the braids come out nice the last time I came and it last but the service behind it depending on who. It’s like your bothering if you ask a question or point anything specific within your hair. I speak up when anything is wrong with my hair. But the way natural hair is being treated is not okay. Since nowadays people don’t care for natural and simply don’t take care or don’t understand how to handle certain textures/protection of hair as a result, negligence of clients to hair. I have seen people come in and there are given attitude for no reason. Changing of the price. I figured it’s a new year new attitude. You have goals as a hair place . Provide quality, good service , listen to the client , attitude at the door, protect the clients hair and to treat people as you want to be treated and lastly take the money and hope you get a tip. They don’t know how to do knotless properly not even, and they braid tight: you better off learning to do it yourself."
