"They did not let me print one page document. But the Walgreen 2 miles away was able to go it for me. For absolutely no reason they made me go out."

"There’s plenty of other Walgreens around so do yourself a favor and just go ahead and avoid this one. 3 days later I’m still waiting on a same day pickup for printed photos. I went there in person, was told to come back the next day, called several times the next day and once I finally got someone on the phone, they told me they were too busy to check. I sent the order to the Walgreens on Tryon, they finished it in 2 hours."

"Avoiding this pharmacy could be a life saving decision. I've been waiting days to get a simple refill of my medication with no active support or clarity. I have not had a smooth transaction here in years. I understand "short staffed" being an okay excuse at a McDonald's or Taco Bell but you shouldn't legally be allowed to exist if you can't get people their medication. CVS is right across the street."

"Reviews don’t lie. You should expect nothing but complications and hours of waiting on hold over the phone. I’ve had a few instances where I drove to the store, waited in a long line, just to resolve an issue that could be done over the phone. I then have to drive back at a later time when the prescription is ready. I have to spend hours each month resolving issues and planning my day around picking up a prescription. Medications are obviously necessary for your health and wellness, but it seems like Walgreens lacks this awareness. I cannot imagine the negative impact they’ve had on folks who are too sick to call repeatedly or make trips to the store… folks who have a busy schedule… folks who cannot stand for long periods of time… folks who don’t have the knowledge, language, energy, ability to advocate for themselves to get medications they need. I wish I could say this is unique to this Walgreens. However, this has been my experience at every Walgreens Pharmacy location over the past 2 years. The staff, while pleasant and well trained, seem to be under visible distress. They’re inundated with a workload that simply cannot be done by the number of staff they have. I get my meds eventually, but not without guilt for supporting a business that clearly doesn’t value their employees or customers. It’s shameful."

"One because I can’t give a zero. The last few years this Walgreens has been in a state of disarray. My wife and I were happy customers for years. The last few years there have been constant issues with prescriptions on the Walgreens end of things. Worst yet, the stress we feel now when it’s time to pick up monthly medicines is creating the need for BP meds. Long wait times all the time. One employee cashing out long lines. Broken phones had me sent inside to pay today. System would use my express pay HSA. Had pay with debit. I wish I could say any of this was out of the ordinary but it’s not. Every interaction for the last few years has left us walking out frustrated. It’s our fault for not leaving earlier. But the location was was just to perfect. We are done and taking business Elsewhere."
