"Promised to see in his office after seeing in the ER (literally said, "Just call the office and make an appointment"), and then denied the referral, twice. Said more services are needed...which, yes, obviously! But one can not get those services without a referral from A PSYCHIATRIST! And he, the necessary psychiatrist, just refused the referral from the GP who highly recommended him and felt he was an appropriate choice. Refused it twice. Despite explaination and despite his previous promises (lack of integrity, there). Highly frustrated and disappointed."
