"If I could give them a negative star I would!!! Worst Customer service ever! I patronized S & I Ice cream frequently. I had hoped that their customer service would get better, but NO its gotten worse. On 6/21/23 @ 8:45 pm was the last straw. I ordered a soft medium ice cream with peanuts, caramel, whipped cream. This is my order every time I go. I was given a small ice cream in a medium cup. I told lady, I ordered a medium and she said "No you ordered a small". She check and came back and said "O you're right you ordered a medium - thats a medium. Its 6oz because we weigh it." I went to the next widow where I had paid for the ice cream. I tried to speak with the cashier, before I could say anything cashier says "she said the ice cream was weighed and it is 6oz." This cashier is the same person that handed a gentlemen a over-pour of ice cream and stated, "I gave you too much I hope that's ok." Hummm...interesting. I wasn't looking for extra ice cream. I just wanted what my $7 paid for. Here are 2 pictures. (1) This is how S & I Ice cream normally comes in a medium cup. (2) How I was served today...small serving sized ice cream in a medium cup! They will never get my money again. I will patronize other establishment in the area. Don't waste your money @ S & I Ice Cream!!! BTW with Ice cream, caramel, peanuts, whipped cream, container and spoon still doesn't weigh 6oz."

"We just tried this place for the first time and LOVED it! The serving sizes are HUGE, so plan to downsize whatever you think you can handle. The baby cones are what I typically would think of as small size. The tornado was half the cost which my husband chose, we spent $15 for ice cream for two kids, two adults, and a dog! Overall everything tasted great, if you have small kids or don't eat a lot at a time get a cup though because the cups cost extra if you get the cone first. Also make sure you keep a close eye on your kids and make sure your pups are on a leash it is on a busy busy road!"

"Many flavors. Many sizes. The small is huge so getting a large, eats 2 or 3. I got the Tornado Chocolate Ice Cream option with Kit Kat topping and it was perfect. They have ice cream and yogurt styles to choose. They have Milk Shakes and Flavored shaved ice. The establishment from the outside may be discouraging but don't be fooled. The service and staff is appropriate. Walk up ordering. Outside seating area. Small hippie horse for kids."
