"Horrible customer service each of the 3 times I visited in the last 3 weeks. Was given inaccurate information on each visit and each phone call. This store is a joke. I drove to the Winston-Salem AT&T store instead, who advised that they had 3 other customers just that very same day from Mt. Airy, saying the exact same thing about this store! Save yourself some time, money and frustration and visit another store."

"Walked in to get a new phone, not one employee acknowledged or welcomed us. We were in the store for 10 minutes, one other customer was in the building, before we walked out. A greeting is the bare minimum, do better"

"AT&T has been a great cellular provider over the years. I have not tried their home internet. I like that they allow installments to be able to get new devices, and the ease of trade in is great."

"Extremely negative experience with one of the sales reps here. He mislead us and gave my wife and I false information. He showed us what our bill would like in store and once we received the first bill he had added several features we did not ask for the bill was 3x what it was supposed to have been. He also purposely gave us an iPhone with more memory, that was 100 dollars more than the one we asked for and we went back and asked him about it he states “yeah I did that because I think the upgraded memory is better” but he did not warn us or let us know he was giving a phone with upgraded memory that cost more than the one we were supposed to have received. He also would not help us at all in the store to return the wrong phone and told us there was nothing he could do to fix it without charging us a $55 restocking fee even though he gave us the wrong phone!? Not sure if all ATT customer service is this bad or just the individual at this location."
