"Im literally dying with my teeth and im pregnant only one doctor for the urgent walk-in. 5hrs waiting still nothing if there is no doctor better close this place of its full of people who can’t really help!!!!"
"I love the dentist here. Especially the hygienist! But the wait time…. It should not take thirty minutes to check in. They made an effort to provide more efficiency and only upheld it for like a week. They stopped their self check in service as well. It doesn’t make sense to me. The longest process is just checking in and their check in staff takes foreverrr. This line is on a slow day. When it’s packed it goes around the whole room. (Photo front facing) Update: I had an ortho appointment today 1/19/23 for 2pm and did not get checked in until almost 3pm. There were only two administrators checking in patients! WHERE IS YOUR STAFF? Hire more people and solve this issue. Besides this continuous inconvenience, my ortho appointment was great. (Photo from back of the room)"
"Worst place to go to for filling I would give it a zero stars if I could. This is the place I normally go for a dental check up. On one of my regular visits I was told that I had a cavity that needs to be filled. The procedure was performed and cavity was filled. Right after 3 days, my teeth was sensitive I could not bite or chew anything I went back to the clinic on four occasions for the same problem. On my third visit the took out the permanent filling and replaced it with a temporary one. It’s been about 9 months and they have been trying to least make my teeth feels comfortable just like how every teeth feels after a filling. I still have a very sensitive teeth while am chewing am not happy and they said it’s normal and that it will go away but they don’t know how and when. They also perform another filling on my other teeth also. And am having same problem. I went back to the clinic. An Ex ray was taken and they told me that they drilled to deep and that, there might be crack on my teeth but the are not sure. They then took out the filling, too some damage nerve out and said that “ they have to perform a procedure but, in other to do that they will need a confirmation from the insurance that the cost will be covered. I was told it will take about 3 weeks and that I will also get a letter in the mail. I waited for 6 weeks and nothing happened. I went back they said they forgot to send it. And that they will resend it and it will take twos weeks. I was there on November 11 2022. And today is the 30th and same story. I have called the clinic twice and left a message for Dennies who is in charge and she didn’t call back till now. Am very disappointed am left with sensitive teeth and an unfinished work with my other teeth. I will look for another place to go to. I feel the staff at this particular facility are lazy and incompetent they don’t care about their patient all they care about is taking your money on any visit you make. They make you come there as many times you want take your money on every visit instead of solving the problem so you can at least stay at peace and on top of that you spend more hours in the waiting area before to be called to see a Dr. Save your time and money and go else where. This was mine experience with this office. Bye 1775 grand concourse never will I cross your path again!!!!!"
"Every time I come to this Dental Department at 1775 Grand Concourse is always the same B.S staff walking around doing nothing but congregating in the offices if you don’t speak up nothing gets done while patients wait all day in the waiting area and registration another slow process when registering slow as hell."
"Insist on being seen by an experienced dentist. Or better yet, don't come here. It's not their mouth. It could be you living in pain and permanently damaged teeth that ache even if they patch it. Went in for wisdom teeth extraction. After 4 hours of waiting, the learning resident oral surgeon damaged one of my other molars when he used it as a fulcrum to pry my wisdom tooth out. A dentist in the pediatric side of the building took a sickle probe to cracks and lied to my face, saying there is no damage. A portion of the enamel is clearly crushed and pieces of it were still falling out when I tongued it days after(I saved a piece). When they finally acknowledged the damage, they stated they're still billing my insurance if I want it patched. The tooth feels fractured to the root because it hurts if I tap it with my fingernail. I now have a severely painful sensitivity to any food or drink that isn't lukewarm as well as a sensitivity to cold air. I can forget about ice cream and drinking through a straw. I’m worse off than when I started."
