It was a different story when they screwed me for $728 for a retainer when I got there. It's SUCH a simple process. I've gotten an extraction done by a holistic oral surgeon, an almost 2 hour process and it cost me only slightly more than it did for a replacement retainer. I literally asked if there were additional fees and was told no. At least they don't poison you with mercury filling, but still.."
