"It was my first time visiting Kesner Family Dental for a cleaning, exam, etc. I was extremely anxious before my appointment with Dr. Kesner, partly because I recently had LAPIP surgery. As for billing matters, Juliette was so thorough and took the time to explain my benefits, what was covered, etc. She was friendly and welcoming :) The office is comfortable and clean. Although it was far for me, it was fairly easy to get to by public transportation. Overall, I had a good experience. Dr. Kesner explained what he was doing and provided suggestions on what could be done to improve my teeth. Thank you."
