She went above and beyond to help me with a package I sent from MA, thanks to Melissa the package is out for delivery today. Without Melissa's assistance my gift wouldn't have arrived b4 Christmas. "WORST COURIERS EVER!!! I suggest you use another source to send/receive packages. We’ve had so many lost packages, packages place into other neighbors mail boxes/ porches and the post office doesn’t assist in recovering our lost/misplaced packages (by them) at all. Christmas gifts have now been lost and they aren’t doing anything to communicate to the courier that misplaced it on their route to locate it. And I am unable to file a claim like they told me to do because they feel they aren’t responsible and can’t figure out where their courier misplaced it. So now I am having to spend more money at Christmas to re-buy the items that THEY lost!! I’ll spend the extra money from now on to send through a more reliable source."

"A mail carrier stole THCa from us at this location- I followed up and was informed that no criminal charges can be placed onto the carrier who opened then stole the box- so I've since gone to Geoffrey Hosford to take further action. Most recently they didn't even drop off a box it was left at alert: awaiting delivery scan. The legal sites we obtain our medicine from swear that sanctity of the mail assures you can't lose these packages- often times they will reship your entire order but then that same mail person will rob it all. I hope we can regain trust in the USPS again this has to stop. Please stop stealing medicine from hardworking Americans."

"The small package which fit into mailbox arrived. The larger package which needed a walk up to door was stated attempted delivery was made. I received no attempted delivery. It was stated package at Magnolia station waiting for pickup. No package there either, probably too much effort to take out of truck at end of day."

"I tried to find a closer post office to the area and expecting good customer service with a good attitude. Unfortunately, when I went there, they don’t have or run out of priority flat rate for almost $10 so I ended up getting the express. There’s two employees at the front but one of them goofing off and went off break while there’s 4 or 5 people at the line. When I went up the black lady who gives me a negative attitude that if I need express or priority envelope. I answered, I need priority envelope please because you guys run out of priority flat envelope and you might restock soon before it gets busy. And then, she ignored my concern and lectured me which is the difference etc. like a child. She gives me the priority envelope and so on. So I rather give a rate 0 than 1. I never have this experience than overseas post office. With my customer service in retail for almost 6 years. I’m not coming back."
