"There is me and another lady here waiting. They never even acknowledged us. Then she tells us they don’t start until 10AM. Mind you, the doors are open. I’m standing in the walkway looking at her as she looks at me, she is about 12feet and she never acknowledges me. Not one staff came to say “good morning, we will be with you at 10” or keep the doors locked until 10. There is about 5 women, all dressed in black. Not one addressed us two customers."
