"Been there the past couple of years and was happy. Now they don't have anyone who can work with Out of state documents. They wanted us to wait until someone in their office got certified to work with OOS documents. Really????? Tried the Knightdale location too, they don't have a certified person that can work with OOS documents either!!! Still waiting for a C/B from the Wendell office just to schedule (hopefully) an appt."

"I was greeted with a warm smile and given great information by the very nice and professional secretary and then was seen by Mr. Richardson we did my tax preparations, gave me advice and was genuinely concerned, her was very helpful and kind, tax can sometime be overwhelming, but that made the experience a great one!"

"Always been prompt to respond to any questions and concerns I may have had each year no matter what type of tax scenarios I have encountered. Everyone thinks it’s an easy job but I take lots of training to learn all the various laws from year to year and to stay up to date on current events to doa return accurately. I am proud to say Zebulon was always the best office around."

"Please do not waste your time, energy, gas, money, or breath on this place. They are racist, rude, and disrespectful. I normally file my taxes at home, but this year due to having a nonprofit, I decided to go to whom I thought was a professional. My husband and I (keep in mind I’m a black woman, he’s a white man) appointment was at 630 we didn’t get seen till after 7, I really didn’t complain about that because I work in the service industry, so I remained patient. Once in the chair the smirks, giggles, and smart remarks she was giving my husband and I started rubbing me the wrong way. It got even worse once we realized a few documents on our phones weren’t loading to be printed. Finally got everything we needed, I explained to her (Bernice) that the main reason we were there was to file my nonprofit taxes. She replied that she would only do the personal taxes that night, and the following day she would file my nonprofit taxes. I agreed to the terms and paid the almost $400 fee and went home. The next day while at work she called me and stated that she couldn’t and wouldn’t be filling my nonprofit taxes and that I needed come and pick up my paperwork to do them at home. WHAT!? I came here for that reason only and now you’re telling me you can’t after you already reviewed my paperwork the night before… No ma’am! So today I went in so that the issue could be fixed and resolved. When I explained the situation to the lady up front she went and told Bernice. From her cube I heard her talking junk (as if I wasn’t upfront listening). Once she came up front she proceeded to explain why she couldn’t file, she added stuff she never told me before and I told her it made no sense. Then she referred to me as “the lady that brought the shed for her nonprofit”, while any other unknown lady was making a statement “is she the one that didn’t register her nonprofit with the IRS?” I boldly stated “what are you talking about, my nonprofit has been registered with the IRS and the state..” From there she claimed that she was booked and had no time for me. Also that she couldn’t file my taxes because I have a PO Box but my nonprofit was registered to my home address (uh yeah, I had the business registered to my home address before I retrieved a PO Box for it, this is all new to me) then the excuse changed to well since your nonprofit info was never updated (which I did not know, still learning that’s why I went for professional help and assistance) I can’t file your taxes because the PO Box isn’t listed on my state form (she did not state that in the previous visit). I felt belittle, attacked and disrespected.. all they were doing was trying to make me out like I was lying or misusing my nonprofit resources. I had all the proof in receipts and paperwork. They weren’t of assistance at all and I will NEVER return. But I wont let this rest because Bernice as well as her other racist collogues have full access to my personal info. Please go elsewhere next year. It’s not worth the headache to visit this unprofessional place or lady (Bernice Hedrick)."

"One of the employees was racist and did not even wear a mask even though there is a mask mandate. Asked my husband who for context was born in the US and does not have an accent, if he needed a Spanish speaking translator and then laughed and said that it was good that he didn't need one because there were only English speakers even though my husband was speaking in perfect English. Then when it came to our documents, she looked at my husband's social and said that it was suspicious because she had never seen one like it before and that it wouldn't go into the system. Then proceeded to repeatedly ask my husband if he was born in the US and was a legal resident. My husband has never had issues with his social in all the years that he has been doing his taxes as well as uploading his tax documents to the website. Another tax advisor chimed in and said that my husband had to go to the Social Security office to get a document that proves that it is indeed his social even though he had it with him."
