Reviews
"Nan Xiang Express surpassed my expectations with their delectable hot soup dumplings. The flavors were rich, the dumplings perfectly steamed, and the overall dining experience was delightful. A must-try for any dumpling enthusiast!"
"Great dumplings for a chain restaurant. Very consistent, and surprisingly really flavorful all the right price. not as cheap as some of the quality spots in Chinatown but this place is still reasonable for Brooklyn. The crispy Bottom pan fried pork buns filling was quite tasty but could be soupier. Good if your afraid of getting sprayed by a soup geyser when you bite into them, but I kinda like living on the edge."
"I’ve been to both the fully fledged Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao restaurant in Flushing and this express version. This location provides a limited version of the full restaurant but the same quality. Glad to finally have good soup dumplings in Downtown Brooklyn so I don’t have to go far. The sticky rice and pork Siu Mai were delicious, as were the crispy bottom pork buns. There is plenty of room and seating inside. I was expecting a fast food restaurant but walked into a half-fast-food-half-restaurant, which was a nice surprise. When you dine in, they serve food to the table as it becomes ready after you order at the self-serve kiosk or the cashier. There is soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil at the table to make your own dipping sauce. They offer hot or cold soy milk. Finally a place that’s not in Manhattan or Flushing for good quality dim sum!"
"New dim sum place in DTBK. Soup dumplings were good and the crispy chicken noodles were unique. Would definitely go back to try other items on the menu."
