"This review is for the customer service, and Invisalign treatment. I got my treatment through Queens Family Dental, and I’m very happy with the accommodations in pricing and the customer service. After my first treatment, I wasn’t entirely happy with my results, and had some chipping in my tooth. Dr. Eliadis immediately offered solutions. I had some bonding done and they re-opened my Invisalign case to get a new alignment ensuring I was happy with my results. Invisalign recommended shaving of my teeth and the Dr. didn’t want to ruin my enamel, so we decided not to, resulting in my teeth being straightened anyways, without the need of shaving. He had my best interest in mind. Anytime I need something, they fit me in and make time for me. They treat their patients like family, and for that, I always go back. Big thanks to the office!"

"If I could give 0 stars, that'd be my review. I had a root canal + crown on a molar tooth, which was somehow worked on for at least 3 months (me coming in every other week). Instead of Dr. Eliades admitting he can't surgically correct the tooth's canals, he went ahead and dragged it on for months. Now, 2 years later, I'm having to remove the entire tooth+crown because it's infected and poorly worked on. In addition to this - he tried to PLY my impacted wisdom tooth next to the mentioned molar tooth. After many moments of incredible pain, and asking to stop, he insisted on continuing - which ended up with a chipped off wisdom tooth. I had to go to an actual dental surgeon to get it properly removed. TLDR: Avoid this guy and any of his ramblings of trying to invalidate the other poor reviews here."

"Best experience ever. The dentist was so compassionate to my fears. He was extremely gentle and he checked up on me regularly. I would recommend to everyone."

"I received a temp here and it went fantastically. I lost my cap from a previous dentist on some lamb, and I needed a new one, fast. The scheduling for the appointment was quick and open and I was able to get one just a day after this happened! The dentist was very skilled and got the new cap in quickly. I am very happy with the result."

"Absolutely horrific experience with William Eliadis the dentist. Paid a large amount of money upfront where the dentist promised to "fix the whole mouth". This shyster then went in and caused a bunch of damage breaking a file in a tooth during a root canal. Rather than fixing it he wanted to charge me another $2000 after performing malpractice. The office staff also says he does this all the time and lies to people to get their money then performs a bait and switch. He will brag to you about his beach house in Florida and trips to Greece while he tries to make money off of destroying your dental health. Now I have to sue him to get the money back, avoid at all costs.. William Eliadis belongs in jail Also like other reviews say crowns fall out all the time and the office is falling apart also hours late. Also other reviews on here that appear to be 5 stars are really just office staff."
