"I beg ppl to please please read all reviews before going to this dirty, unprofessional , rude staff, money hungry scamming Dental Surgeon office . I don’t care if you have a referral, please call your insurance & dental plan network for other locations. I DO NOT RECOMMEND not even to my dog if I had one. #1 being that they had me waiting for over 2 damn hours to be seen , 2nd I was supposed to be put to sleep for my oral surgery and the surgeon told me they only do partial sedation and only for 1 tooth when I wa due to have 3 extractions . He said they could do 2 but only local anesthesia, I was like where they do that at because my insurance approved the procedure, then he started talking about their credit card which I didn’t want . 3rd after giving me local anesthesia he’s going to tell me I’ll feel a little pressure, well after banging on my two teeth that was due to be extracted and I felt pain idiot , he said I have an infection and prescribed antibiotics, trust and believe I won’t be back here ever . Wait time is uncalled for , no privacy, doors and germs all over the place , and he tried making jokes while I’m in pain . Thank God I found a much cleaner, professional & better office on Wexford Terrace off of Hillside Avenue, the staff there were amazing and very helpful and they cares about their patients concerns and explained everything to me precisely"

"There was a big communication issue. I was told over the phone that three teeth were approved for extraction. When I arrived I was informed that only one tooth was approved. Then they misinformed me about the anesthesia, which he inserted intravenously and did NOT wear gloves. He didn't even give a chance to take effect. I screamed so loud and was not explained anything. I was confused as to why they started the procedure while I was still awake since I was told I would be asleep. I panicked and they all ignored me even after I told them I had an anxiety disorder. I even had a negative reaction to the anesthesia. He refused to discuss anything with me after the procedure and to help me understand what happened. Luckily the team and the Office Manager were super friendly and helpful although they could not provide a reason for what had occurred. I will never go back to this guy again. It was a nightmare of an experience I recommend steering clear of this place for tooth extractions. Also, the wait was 3 1/3 hours. Traumatized Patient - January 26, 2024"

"PLEASE SEE MY UPDATE BELOW.. This place is horrible!! DO NOT GO THERE!! They will have you waiting for 3+ hours only to take your X-rays ( this makes the visit billable) only to later tell you some excuse as to why you can’t be treated! I attempted 4 or 5 times to have a wisdom tooth extraction done there!! First they told me that I had a high blood pressure reading so they couldn’t pull the tooth and this was after I waited for 2 1/2 hours in their waiting room which is always overcrowded and very noisy.. I DO NOT HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, so that was a lie!! Made another appointment (which it takes 2-3 months to get an appointment with them) and this time they called me the day before my appt to say the dr won’t be available because he has an emergency.. So I made another appointment.. Fast forward 3 more months and yet again they call me the day before to ask if I could move my appointment to the next day.. I couldn’t so again I wasn’t treated.. Fast forward another few months to yesterday 12/14/23 and after waiting nearly 3 hours, they call me to do the same X-rays that I’ve taken at least 3 times with them to only have me wait in a dentist chair FOR NOTHING!!! An assistant comes to me to say the dr had to leave due to an emergency!!!! At this point I went off!! I cried and complained because I have pain and this tooth must come out!! I demanded to see the manager who scheduled me an emergency walk-in visit at another location today 12/15/23.. I hope all goes well because the cavity in my wisdom tooth is touching the nerve and has to come out now!!!! This facility is poorly operated and seems scammy because even after they told me there was no dr they continued to have the remaining patients in the waiting room wait to be seen!! Unbelievable!! They are unethical and should be shut down!! One other thing is it’s also impossible to get anyone on the phone there as well!! The lines are always busy and when you finally get through you’re placed on a long hold!!!! I’M UPDATING MY REVIEW TO INCLUDE THAT THE MANAGER WHO RESCHEDULED ME WAS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY CONSIDERATE.. THANKS TO HER I MIGHT ACTUALLY GET SOME RELIEF TODAY!! IT IS JUST AWFUL THAT A GOOD PERSON HAS TO GET CAUGHT UP IN THE STORMS OF BAD REVIEWS WHEN THEY DON’T DESERVE IT!!"

"READ BEFORE YOU GO!!! If I could give zero stars I would!! This place is a complete disgrace. I made an appointment with them in May 2022 for my wisdom teeth extractions… my appointment was scheduled for May 2023!!! A full year later!!! A few weeks go by and they call me around 10am while I’m on my way to work telling me that they have an opening for 10:30am because a patient called to cancel their appointment, I obviously was unable to make it as I was more than an hour away and was already on my way to work. Fast forward to Dec 2022, I call asking if they have any earlier openings as I am in extreme pain, the lady puts me on hold for about 3 minutes then let’s me know that as of a few weeks ago they no longer take my insurance!!! I ask why I didn’t receive a call notifying me that they no longer take my insurance if they were aware weeks before my call, and she says that they were “going down the list calling their patients to let them know” and being that my appointment was for May 2023 I was further down that list…. So basically I would have gotten a call closer to my appointment date letting me know that they don’t take my insurance… RIDICULOUS!!!! They should no longer be in business."

"If I could rate this place lower than one star I would. I scheduled an appointment here TWO MONTHS AGO and was informed I needed an insurance referral which I obtained upon scheduling the appointment. This place waited until the day of my appointment to tell me my referral expired which resulting in an entire fiasco trying to get the referral updated my insurance which COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED IF I WAS INFORMED PRIOR TO ME WALKING TO THERE OFFICE! Long story short I was not able to get my procedure done because of their unprofessionalism! If you need an insurance referral to have a procedure and are considering this place save yourself the time the front desk are useless and your time will be wasted!"
