"Went to this place and was seen by a rookie young dentist called dr shin for a cleaning but he recommended to get a deep cleaning and would need to wait 2 weeks for insurance approval , i find out he wanted to charge my insurance a crown, a root canal without my consent and when i found out they denied to see me again , these people are frauds becarefull with these criminals"

"Called to make an appointment and was immediately hung up on. Called back 3-4 times more consistently after and no one would answer. If this is how they treat people, not worth it."

"I asked Dr. Li several times if it is going to be covered by my insurance, she said she will check in the reception, took her a few minutes and came back. She told me not to worry as they will contact my insurance company. So then she said she will do 2 x filling. Lo and behold, after a week the bill came from my insurance and they charged me $3,844 for the 2 x filling and the cleaning is free. THIS IS A ROBBERY!!! So I ended up being broke, this will affect me and I should have a cleaning only as I my insurance is from the government as I am jobless. DON’T BE DECEIVED BY DR. Li nor the clinic itself."

"He asks me if I should have a filling replaced. I said yes and the pain began for a month. Pain in my Neck, in my ear. There was nerves that got irritated. Had to a root canal with another dentist and spent over 1k on a perfectly good tooth. Bottom like he drilled too much and hit the nerves under the filling and made a new filling on top of it. Worst 1 month i spent thereafter"

"I'm not the ones who cares about leaving reviews but this experience made me do so: Very rude front desk staff like if you don't know how to talk in a nice tone why work as a front desk representative. I was in the middle of asking a question and this front desk girl hangs up the call and when I call back Sofia answered who I'm sure was the same girl who was also rude talking with so much attitude and when asking the name for the first rep name that i spoke to she doesn't even know her colleague’s name. Like you guys are the first person that patients interact with and that attitude is what decides us as a patient to be seen at your office or not I wonder how the providers and medical staff are."
