"Super shady dental office, they don't pick up the phone, they don't submit documents to insurance on time, they make you wait for hours because there is only one dentist, they don't call you when your retainer is ready to be picked up, they have an answering service that takes your message but no one gets back to you, when you do call for the 5th time in a day, they tell you to email your uestion to their dept yourself. Please find someone else to go, I probably didn't even need all this dental work, there was only one good Dr and she is the sweetest Colombian lady, I hope she found somewhere better to work because they did not treat her well and her work was remarkable."

"Please listen to the reviews about this place. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, ONLY CARE TO SCAM YOU FOR MORE MONEY. Dr. Michael did a filling that Dr. Espinoza said needed to be done over because “it didn’t look good”. When I scheduled the appt to do it over they were telling me I had to pay for a panel. I called my insurance and they told me my panel was covered. I relayed this message and was directed to the 2nd desk in the back so the receptionist in the back can call and confirm with my insurance. The receptionist, a middle aged woman with glasses was very rude, hostile, nasty and insisted she’s not going to call my insurance to double check. So I just had to leave. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, ONLY ABOUT SCAMMING YOU FOR MONEY. This office doesn’t deserve your money. Save yourself the stress."

"This office is completely ridiculous. It’s always an issue with them. I don’t recommend this office to ANYONE. Three weeks ago I was set up for an appointment to remove my wisdom teeth. I was told that everything is fine, not to worry and to make sure to be there on time. I questioned the lady on the phone and told her that I was told that I needed x-rays/scans, she then proceeded to tell me no, you don’t need anything and to be there on time. I called a couple times after that but the office doesn’t like to pick up calls so it was hard to speak to someone. When I finally did speak to someone I was told again that everything is fine I don’t need X-rays and to just be there at 9 am. I arrive to my appointment today just for them to tell me I need to get scans and pay 450.00. When I explained the situation, the lady Anna was very dismissive and told me if you can’t pay we reschedule until you can. My frustration with them was wearing thin. I don’t understand how this office couldn’t take accountability for their own mistakes. When I asked to speak to a higher up she went on saying that she is the manager. When I asked for alternatives she said there isn’t any. I asked for a bill to be sent home. She said no. I asked to speak to the doctor. She said no. Why am I the one that has to reach out and call multiple times. You guys sent me no forms and no information for the appointment. If you guys knew I had to have a scan done, why couldn’t you call and let me know prior to my appointment? On top of that the dismissive behavior and the I don’t care attitude for your OWN employees mistakes was enough for me to never come back. I’ve worked in medical care for a very long time. Someone would have definitely have been written up for this kind of issue and behavior but clearly no one cares.This office is truly a joke. Again, don’t recommend this place to anyone."

"Please, listen to the reviews. I thought maybe I’d have an easier time by chance. NOPE. They make up their own arbitrary rules that no other dentist office imposes. It’s a stereotype that these type of people don’t like to work very hard… clearly it’s true. I called to tell them that I was parking my car and I was FIVE (5) min late and their reply was “sorry we’re leaving for the day”. Five minutes? Really? You can’t work for an extra 5 minutes? Any American doctor would be completely professional and hard working. Stereotypes are stereotypes for a reason. Reviews are reviews for a reason. Please do not waste your entire day of work on this office. Please, reserve your time and energy to another office."

"It is my first time visiting the clinic and a little bit scared because of the ratings here google. But.. I AM SO IMPRESSED!! When i went inside, the place is very big and clean , they have great staff here too!! Overall an amazing experience, typically don’t enjoy the dentist but the staff make it hard not to. Highly recommend!!"
