"They were very unprofessional their the cashier's store manager and manager.... who told me to take my Victoria Secret purchased merchandise to Victoria "pink" for a return... come to find out Pink does not exchange their merchandise... so I went back to them with this information and when I told them that they need to re-train their staff on what proper protocol was they got UPSET WITH ME!!!! This was so unprofessional.... way to go Victoria Secret 4/8/23 6:30pm"
"I love to shop and I also love great customer service I went to this location to purchase a nice young lady started to assist me while doing a another young lady names Alisa yell out to her go to the front not are you assisting anyone. Being a leader requires respect she needs training. I put my item back and will go where I usually shop. Titles are going to people heads get training."
"The two girls that were fixing the underwear’s were so rude! I didn’t not touch anything but when I was about to grab one that was my size right on top she said it was “display”. So i was just taking a couple that were in the drawers. I never make a mess I work retail as well so I understand. But she said came near me and said “ is that yours?” pointing to a messy pile so I’m assuming she thought I made that mess LOL. Anyways most girls there aren’t nice or helpful they are just talking amongst themselves ."
